UX Researcher

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• High degree of creativity, empathy, and passion
• Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, visualizing, and the use of qualitative and quantitative data to gain support for initiatives and inspire enthusiasm for execution
• Ability to drive clarity on the largest and most difficult projects
• Proficient in user research, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences that inform product and service design
• Design, develop, and execute research plans, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys
• Analyze user research data to extract insights and present clear findings to stakeholders
• Stay updated on UX trends and industry best practices
• Work closely with designers, product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to create user-centered solutions
• Use research methods such as A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability testing
• Help develop user experience design strategies and concepts
• Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Mentor junior UX researchers and provide guidance
• Prepare and present user research reports to stakeholders
