Requirements
- Have at least 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, demonstrating expertise in mixed-methods and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Have experience supporting and setting up Research Ops
- Have experience with delivering on-demand research for product squads, as well as strategic research for the entire customer journey within your tribe
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering UX research projects in an agile setup, being able to deliver continuous insights every 1-2 weeks
- Have hands-on experience with UX research tools, including Usertesting.com, Typeform, Qualtrics, Notion, and Figma
- Excel in communication and can adapt your presentations and messaging to suit diverse audiences
- Have worked in cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment
- Be pragmatic and passionate about helping us democratize UX research across the company
Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders across teams, supporting other researchers and contributing to larger-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct Research: Use a variety of methods - interviews, surveys, analytics, usability testing, and ethnographic studies - to uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Enable Success: Partner with squads to facilitate continuous customer exposure through training, streamlined processes, and efficient research operations
- Advocate for Users: Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and champion user-centric design throughout product development
- Map Journeys: Help squads build user journeys, identify jobs-to-be-done, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Share Insights: Communicate findings effectively to teams and stakeholders, ensuring customer insights are accessible and impactful company-wide
- Stay Curious: Continuously learn and evolve research practices by staying up to date on trends, methods, and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Tools (such as Looker or Google Analytics)
