Summary

Requirements

• Relevant educational background, preferably in design at the graduate or postgraduate level
• 2-4 years of experience in UX research, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth primary research through one-on-one / focused group interviews, usability testing, and field studies with users
• Design and execute research studies to collect user feedback and insights on existing and potential product features and functionalities
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for product enhancement and user engagement improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure that user insights are incorporated into the product development process

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis
