Summary

The Vice President of Growth Marketing is a remote position within the Marketing department that requires a data-driven and innovative leader to drive pipeline growth by managing full funnel activities and executing various marketing tactics. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Digital Acquisition roles and be DMA Certified Marketing Professional or Online Marketing Certified Professional.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Highly skilled in B2B lead generation and nurture best practices
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Digital Acquisition roles
  • DMA Certified Marketing Professional or Online Marketing Certified Professional
  • A digital native that has demonstrated success running marketing programs that combine paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, SEO, content creation and reporting
  • Data-first mindset and analytical thinking skills—uses data to drive strategy, inform optimizations, and focus budget and activities
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of Demand Generation efforts across the funnel, implementing media attribution models and finding ways to optimize core metrics (e.g. CPA, CPL, Conversion Rates)
  • Ability to create end-to-end lifecycle analytics, enable accurate lead capture, attribution and analysis of revenue generating activities
  • Experienced with managing marketing spend in relation to advertising, PPC, paid lead sources, direct mail
  • Marketing Automation, Project Management (Monday), and Salesforce expert

Responsibilities

  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding attainment of sales pipeline goals and corresponding leading indicators of demand
  • Build the process and team that strategizes and manages full funnel activities and metrics and ensure that we are providing insights and visibility for the entire marketing org to inform decision making
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through the identification, documentation, and implementation of demand creation best practices
  • Serve as subject matter authority on engagement, performance, and return on Investment metrics
  • Build a team of marketing professionals to forecast and achieve key business metrics across all digital channels including MQLs, SQLs, and closed business
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and ARR
  • Continuously evaluate pipe-to-spend and the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Drive an experimentation mindset, leveraging marketing technology to test and learn new ways of generating, capturing, and routing leads
  • Lead innovation pilots with local markets to build new Demand Generation capabilities and drive business outcomes
  • Build partnerships with key functions across the organization, understand their priorities, ensure DG strategy and initiatives are aligned and integrated, and establish communication/reporting cadences and methods to incorporate feedback and share learnings/data
  • Drive alignment on core DG KPIs and deliver progress reports and updates for key stakeholders on all DG programs
  • Develop business cases to implement and adopt relevant and emerging digital marketing technology trends and tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency of DG programs
