Summary
RPM Healthcare is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead their marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and make content newsworthy.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and analyzing successful marketing and PR campaigns
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing and communications team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve business objectives
- Align marketing strategies with overall company goals and vision
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, blogs, educational materials, and video content
- Develop PR strategies that make our content newsworthy and gain traction in media without relying on paid efforts
- Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage and enhance the brand's presence in the healthcare industry
- Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
- Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing and communication initiatives
- Plan and manage participation in healthcare conferences and trade shows
- Organize and host monthly and quarterly webinars for patients and healthcare providers
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach
- Develop strategies to increase patient conversions, aiming for a targeted amount of inbound leads per month
- Improve patient consent ratios, targeting an increase MoM
- Generate new health system/group practice prospects
- Enhance the RPM Healthcare brand through targeted publicity and media outreach
- Align the RPM website content and design with broader marketing efforts
- Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and other professional networks, sharing thought leadership and engaging content
- Oversee the production of case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral
- Track and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing and communication initiatives and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, PR, and communications; healthcare technology industry experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in SEO writing, social media, and content marketing
