Summary

RPM Healthcare is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead their marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and make content newsworthy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and analyzing successful marketing and PR campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing and communications team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve business objectives
  • Align marketing strategies with overall company goals and vision
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, blogs, educational materials, and video content
  • Develop PR strategies that make our content newsworthy and gain traction in media without relying on paid efforts
  • Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage and enhance the brand's presence in the healthcare industry
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing and communication initiatives
  • Plan and manage participation in healthcare conferences and trade shows
  • Organize and host monthly and quarterly webinars for patients and healthcare providers
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach
  • Develop strategies to increase patient conversions, aiming for a targeted amount of inbound leads per month
  • Improve patient consent ratios, targeting an increase MoM
  • Generate new health system/group practice prospects
  • Enhance the RPM Healthcare brand through targeted publicity and media outreach
  • Align the RPM website content and design with broader marketing efforts
  • Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and other professional networks, sharing thought leadership and engaging content
  • Oversee the production of case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral
  • Track and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on marketing and communication initiatives and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, PR, and communications; healthcare technology industry experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency in SEO writing, social media, and content marketing
