Summary

Join Pacaso's team as a customer-obsessed marketer to lead the company’s Lifecycle and Cross functional customer journey strategy. This role will own the vision, prioritization, and execution of high impact multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and leading high-performing channel marketing, business management, or growth product strategy teams. Marketplace experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability, and multiple examples, of setting and exceeding KPIs (i.e. leads), driving company revenue
  • Strong management experience of coaching and developing senior individual contributors and managers.Β  Can effectively explain concepts and impact to others
  • Ability to move smoothly between high-level strategy and specific details
  • Demonstrated ability to deconstruct ambiguous growth goals and delegate appropriate KPIs to teams. Highly analytically independent
  • Demonstrated experience effectively partnering and driving to critical decisions with senior leaders and diverse functional/geographic teams to drive outcomes
  • Consistently evaluates opportunities based on business impact and cost, can effectively prioritize based on opportunity size, and drive focus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive both short-term and long-term revenue growth across paid and non-paid channels
  • Leverage AI for Personalization: Utilize AI-powered tools to create hyper-targeted marketing campaigns that deliver personalized content, recommendations, and product offers based on customer behavior and preferences
  • Lead SEO Initiatives with Product Stakeholders: Oversee and enhance organic growth through effective SEO strategies, including content optimization, technical SEO
  • Manage Paid Advertising Channels: Own and optimize performance marketing efforts, including paid search, social, display, and other acquisition channels
  • Analyze and Optimize Growth Funnels: In partnership with cross functional partners, continuously monitor and refine customer acquisition funnels, ensuring seamless conversion across all stages
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product development
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics and use data to drive decisions that maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize creative, targeting, and user experience across all marketing channels
  • Budget Management and Allocation: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels to maximize performance and growth
  • Oversee Growth Team: Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals
