Requirements
- Have a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
- Have 15+ years of proven experience in operations management, with a focus on revenue/sales operations, marketing operations, and GTM functions in a high-growth software or SAAS enterprise
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
- Possess excellent project management skills with experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Possess strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals
- Possess expertise in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Have the ability to manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
- Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable manner
- Have the ability to foster the development of high-performance teams and have fun doing it
- Have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Tools: Salesforce, Marketo
- Have experience with Project Management Software: Asana
- Have experience with ERP/Financial Management Systems: NetSuite, Anaplan
- Have experience with Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools: Power BI
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales operations strategies that support revenue growth and productivity
- Manage functions essential to increasing sales function productivity, including territory planning, reporting, quota setting, commission modeling, sales process optimization, and sales playbook management
- Ensure alignment between sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize performance and drive consistent sales results
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, partnering with Finance/FP&A to ensure accurate and timely sales and marketing metrics and data for decision-making
- Oversee customer licensing/order fulfillment, streamlining the processes, and collaborating with legal, finance, and other stakeholders to manage customer licensing agreements and ensure alignment with our evolving product strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute operational strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs through full-funnel management and lead velocity/conversion analysis and data flow
- Optimize marketing operations processes, including campaign management, budgeting, analytics, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization, ensuring scalable solutions for future growth
- Work closely with the CFO to align sales and marketing expenditures with overall financial objectives, ensuring ROI and accountability
