The ideal candidate has 2 years of virtual assisting experience, non-profit or ministry background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
Requirements
- 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [preferred]
- Non-profit or ministry experience [required]
- Portrays confidence and professional authority
- Ability to anticipate needs
- High level of loyalty and discretion
- Must have day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed
- High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc
- Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Email inbox management
- Ability to manage an online calendar
- Ability to edit and format documents
- Set up simple email campaigns
- Manage reimbursement requests
- Pay bills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Simple CRM management skills
- Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel)
- Push tasks to the finish line
- Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors
