Requirements

• Experience in Virtual Assistant (Voice / Phone Calls)
• Experience in Appointment Setting
• Experience in the technology industry (Generator/ Electricity background is a Plus)
• Familiarity with any CRM management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, basic spreadsheet, etc.)
• Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and emails (80% email , 20% phone calls)
• Backlogs in administrative tasks like closing out jobs and processing invoices
• Checking and reviewing for school jobs, upload supplier invoices, follow up on suppliers
• Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently
