Summary

The VP of Account Management at ExecOnline will manage a team, grow renewable ARR, client retention and client expansion efforts, and partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets client demands. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in managing a growing account management or client success department/organization within a SaaS start-up.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in managing a growing account management or client success department/organization within a SaaS start-up
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing a team against enterprise renewals
• Experience coaching and managing teams against cross-sell and upsell goals within active accounts through introducing new products and expanding access points for existing products
• Experience managing against metrics and KPIs related to account health and client service such as onboarding, activation, and adoption success
• Experience forecasting weekly and quarterly revenue outlook against ARR and NRR goals
• Experience working with data regularly. Analytical skills and hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools to make strategic decisions and drive team performance
• Has successfully implemented playbooks and has coached on process implementation in a fast-paced startup environment
