This remote role (with quarterly NY travel) requires a proven sales and business development leader to secure high-value, multi-year partnerships. You will develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy, navigate complex procurement processes, and drive the entire sales process. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing, a strong understanding of creator marketing, and exceptional sales and negotiation skills. Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, procurement, and business development within the advertising, media, or marketing industries
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ AOR deals and exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Strong understanding of creator marketing, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven expertise in navigating procurement processes and building procurement-friendly strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
- A strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and use data effectively to drive decision-making
- Excellent communicator and active listener. A natural storyteller who is able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility to travel to our NY headquarters once per quarter and to clients as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
- Focus on securing high-value multi-year AOR partnerships
- Successfully navigate complex procurement processes, developing tailored strategies to address individual client needs
- Drive the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and delivering compelling pitches to successfully closing deals
- Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting
- Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, measurement, and operations to align on business goals and deliver seamless client experiences
