Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in capital markets, trading, and investing industries
  • 10+ years of building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams
  • 10+ years of selling Crypto/Web3, Fintech and/or technology products
  • Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
  • Exceptional leadership experience with proven ability to hire, onboard, and consistently train employees
  • Excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities

Responsibilities

  • Expand the presence and usage of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both the Crypto Capital Market and TradFi ecosystems
  • Establish, execute, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as market makers, OTC desks, trading and investing institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, clearinghouses, and other relevant entities
  • Work closely with other Circle Business and Product leaders to meet growth targets for Circle-issued stablecoins

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $292,500 - $335,000
  • Annual Bonus Target: 40%
