Summary

Join Qualio as VP Marketing and build a high-performing marketing function to fuel company growth and establish market leadership in life sciences compliance. This is a strategic role critical to achieving aggressive growth plans, requiring proven capability of scaling marketing functions at high-growth enterprise SaaS businesses in technical or regulated industries. You will be a key member of the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Progressive B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience with demonstrated success scaling demand generation in high-growth environments, particularly in technical or regulated industries
  • Deep expertise in demand generation tactics, ABM strategies, and marketing automation with proven track record of delivering predictable pipeline
  • Strong product marketing capabilities including messaging development, competitive positioning, and sales enablement with measurable impact on conversion rates
  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing marketing teams while maintaining low ego, hands-on approach to execution
  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making using sophisticated measurement frameworks
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging technical and business audiences, with ability to influence across the organization
  • Demonstrated implementation of marketing technology stacks and process optimization to support business scaling
  • History of cross-functional partnership and ability to align marketing strategy with sales objectives and overall business goals
  • Track record of establishing market leadership and competitive differentiation in crowded or emerging categories
  • Early adopter mindset with demonstrated use of AI and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation and efficiency
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate complex marketing data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear accountability frameworks and continuous development programs
  • Own the complete pipeline generation strategy, delivering predictable, quality leads that fuel sales success and exceed coverage targets
  • Drive compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement that differentiates us in the market and accelerates deal velocity
  • Establish comprehensive competitive analysis capabilities that inform strategy and drive higher win rates against key competitors
  • Build our brand presence and thought leadership position to establish Qualio as the definitive category leader in life sciences compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of life sciences, compliance, or regulated industry market dynamics preferred, with experience marketing technical solutions to enterprise buyers
