Summary
Join Envision Horizons as the dynamic and strategic Vice President of Client Services, leading client-facing teams and ensuring the financial success of the business unit. Guide the agency's expansion beyond Amazon, transforming it into a full-service marketplace and retail media powerhouse. This high-impact leadership role requires deep agency experience and a proven track record in P&L management, operational excellence, and outstanding client service. You will mentor and grow the client services team, oversee the client lifecycle, and act as an executive sponsor for key clients. The role involves identifying strategic opportunities, developing scaling strategies, implementing feedback loops, and managing the client services P&L. Regular reporting to executive leadership on client satisfaction, team performance, and financial health is also expected.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or agency leadership
- Direct experience managing a $20M+ agency P&L
- Demonstrated ability to scale new service offerings or business units
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success in client retention and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Mentor and grow the client services team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Oversee the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success and retention
- Act as the executive sponsor for key clients, nurturing strong, trusted relationships
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand client engagements
- Develop strategies to scale our services across additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target, Ulta)
- Lead initiatives to expand offerings and enter new retail media channels
- Implement structured feedback loops and database systems to gather measurable client insights
- Use data to assess areas of excellence and those needing improvement
- Own and manage the client services P&L ($20M+), including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
- Analyze financial and performance data to inform operational improvements
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and execution of business priorities
- Deliver regular reports to executive leadership covering client satisfaction, team performance, and financial health
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a senior brand-side leadership role
- Expertise in Amazon marketplace, digital advertising, or eCommerce platforms
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with measurement tools, programmatic media, or affiliate marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
