VP of Delivery

Summary

Join our team as the VP of Delivery, a dynamic role for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology programs. This position requires a strong technical background, at least one year of fintech experience, and prior leadership experience. The successful candidate will lead and mentor global technology teams, develop strategic plans, engage with technologists, build stakeholder relationships, and manage change during large-scale implementations. The role is primarily remote after an initial week onsite (expenses reimbursed). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

• A strong technical background
• A minimum of 1 year of fintech experience
• Previous experience in lead roles is mandatory
• Extensive experience leading technology teams and programs of varying sizes, from agile projects to large-scale transformations
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage with technologists at a deep level
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business value through technology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional global technology teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligning technology initiatives with business goals
• Engage deeply with technologists across various stacks to ensure the successful design and implementation of complex technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors
• Lead change management efforts during large-scale technology implementations, effectively managing risks and dependencies
