Summary

Join Endear, a leading CRM for omnichannel brands, as the VP of Marketing. Requirements

  • You have a rich career (8+ years) of marketing experience with 3+ years in senior roles at b2b SaaS companies
  • You understand the most important growth channels and relevant benchmarks but also know that one playbook doesn’t fit every company
  • Track record of scaling marketing orgs from early-stage to growth phase
  • You’re passionate about the numbers and leveraging data to iterate quickly
  • You’ve worked at a company with fewer than 20 people and have experience building and managing high-performing teams of 5-15 people
  • Well-versed in Hubspot

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our growth targets and product roadmap
  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, product, and lifecycle marketing
  • Own our marketing budget and metrics, with a focus on pipeline generation and ROI
  • Continue to hone our brand voice and positioning in the market, differentiating us from competitors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment across company objectives
  • Drive thought leadership through content strategy and market education
  • Present regularly to leadership and company at large on marketing org’s performance across KPI’s and org’s impact on company’s overall success

  • Early career in top-of-funnel growth
  • Generally nerdy about how software can give us an edge over everyone else
