Join Urbint as the Vice President of Marketing and lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and revenue goals. Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in vertical software/industrial software including utilities, construction, field service management, work management, construction, etc
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple marketing functions acting as a player/coach
  • Proven track record of driving marketing strategies and multiple functions
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate company objectives into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and driving organizational alignment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and team resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and sales targets
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine positioning and messaging
  • Develop and execute a high-impact ABM strategy to engage and convert key enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Collaborate closely with sales to identify and prioritize target accounts, tailoring marketing efforts to specific personas and decision-makers
  • Oversee the creation of personalized campaigns, content, and outreach programs designed to deepen relationships at each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Direct and manage the planning, execution, and post-analysis of all event marketing initiatives, including conferences, trade shows, user groups, and webinars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and goals of events
  • Evaluate event ROI and identify opportunities to optimize future participation, sponsorships, and partnerships for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with product management and sales to craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas, use cases, and competitive analyses to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Enhance brand visibility through PR, analyst relations, social media, speaking engagements and content marketing initiatives
