Requirements
- Youβre an experienced Head of Marketing, VP Marketing or similar, with close to a decade of experience in fast-paced marketing environments, where youβve been challenged to work at pace and respond to high change
- You have an in-depth understanding of the Canadian market and have proven your ability to significantly grow brands in this region
- You have aligned industry experience (B2B SaaS, marketplaces or fast-growth tech)
- You have extensive experience across multiple channels, including earned media, brand media, performance media, SEO, CRM, and website CRO
- Youβre proficient with a breadth of marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Braze, and Marketo
- You have advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and other optimization techniques
- You collaborate effectively and are a team player
- You expect high-performance from yourself and others
- You use first principles thinking to solve challenging problems
- You have high commercial acumen
- You understand how to empathize with a key audience (SMEs and business owners) and speak to them through campaigns and content
Responsibilities
- Build and execute our marketing strategy, ensuring we deliver on all key goals in market
- Drive measurable results through performance marketing, ensuring an appropriate ROI from initiatives
- Iterate on content strategy to build up organic traffic and explore SEO opportunities
- Evaluate and refine the balance between sales-engaged and self-serve motions for acquiring customers
- Enhance lead generation, conversion rates and contributions to pipeline/revenue growth
- Lead the regional Marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Scale the Marketing team as required, bringing in top talent to deliver on business needs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the regional team, identify areas for improvement and share progress with the business
- Partner with the wider GTM leadership team, CX and product leaders to maximize our performance in market and deliver a seamless experience for our customers
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects, informing our product development strategy and other improvements
