Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role managing global sales
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
  • Strong experience in B2B sales in blockchain solutions or related technologies with a track record of building positive relationships
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales operations, while improving efficiency to meet sales targets
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales and Business Development team
  • Partner with Management on assessing the overall market to help with setting clear goals and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that grows new and existing business
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the blockchain space
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and TechOps
