Summary

Join Supermetrics as our VP of Sales, EMEA, leading our EMEA and LATAM Sales teams based in Helsinki or Dublin. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of approximately 40 employees, and drive sustainable business growth. You will proactively manage sales activities, develop pipeline strategies, optimize GTM strategies, and enhance Supermetrics' visibility. This role requires significant experience leading high-performing sales teams in a high-growth SaaS company, deep understanding of SaaS business models, and strong strategic capabilities. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams effectively. Hiring and motivating your team and leaders sustainably. Creating a culture of commitment, engagement, and adding strong commercial excellence through the team
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading net new Sales success for a high growth SaaS company. This will have involved managing managers across an EMEA sales organisation
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models and value drivers in recurring revenue business
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the AdTech, Marketing and/or Data Analytics industries
  • Strong strategic capability, combined with ability to drive operational excellence
  • Analytical and action-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage/influence/inspire through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong customer-orientation combined with passion for revenue and growth
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Business Development, New Business sales and Expansion sales across EMEA and LATAM. Analyse the business to develop new sales motions and campaigns to grow the business
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams: Hire, motivate and develop your sales teams and sales managers in Helsinki and Dublin, while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
  • Lead the sales managers and reps through a regular cadence of Forecasts, Big Deal workshops, and pipeline management such that the sellers over-achieve their targets
  • Develop and execute effective pipeline strategies: Lead the execution of key pipeline development campaigns across B/SDR and Sales, working closely with Marketing and Customers-for-Life teams
  • Optimise GTM strategies: Assign resources to where the maximum results can flow, through the analysis of the business and development of region go-to-market plans
  • Work very closely with the Solution and Technology Partner teams to optimise the GTM approach
  • Input significantly to the development of GtM plays, pricing strategies and annual planning
  • Enhance Supermetrics visibility: Participate in and represent Supermetrics at various industry events and conferences
