Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the proptech or for a rapid growth SaaS company
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable results
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on achieving long-term goals
- High level of business acumen and a strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth targets
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, providing coaching and guidance to help team members exceed their individual and team goals
- Own and drive sales performance, ensuring the achievement of both top-line and bottom-line revenue goals. Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to optimize sales results
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics. Continuously evaluate competitor strategies, market conditions, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to executive leadership
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product offerings, and customer experience
- Continuously refine the sales process, from lead generation to closing, to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycle times, and increase win rates
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree
