Web Program Manager

Requirements

• 5-10 years of program management experience
• Proven experience with web development/production, SEO, design, managing web analytics & tagging, web experimentation and A/B testing, and localization in web projects
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., web development, SEO, design, analytics) to deliver web projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional agency partners responsible for web development/production, SEO, design, analytics, experimentation, and localization
• Develop and maintain workback schedules and Tic Tocs (condensed workback schedules)
• Organize and lead scrum meetings, ensuring agendas are set and followed
• Manage project status and schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, providing regular updates on deliverables, impact, and efficiencies
• Document processes and continually seek improvements to drive efficiency
• Implement and innovate with platforms and tools, including AI/Copilot, 3P retail aggregators, and more
• Manage tasks and users using tools such as ClickUp, Teams, ADO, and SharePoint
• Maintain confidentiality in all management tasks
