Remote Web3 Institutional Business Development

Join our fully-remote team as a Web3 Institutional Business Development Manager and shape prePO's BD strategy, collaborate with leadership, and secure strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DeFi and/or TradFi BD, with a track record of closing significant deals
• A strong network in both DeFi and TradFi, with established connections with institutions, venture capital firms, and regulatory bodies
• Demonstrated leadership in fundraising efforts, securing substantial investments and funding rounds
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals and secure partnerships with key market players
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by the pursuit of big opportunities
• A deep, practical understanding of the DeFi landscape, including familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi protocols, and basic on-chain analytics

Responsibilities

• Forge strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and traditional financial institutions
• Drive fundraising initiatives to secure strategic investments vital for prePO's growth
• Manage investor relations, ensuring transparency and effective communication
• Identify and engage high-profile market players to drive liquidity and market adoption
• Pursue and close high-value deals to accelerate growth opportunities
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem for future collaborations
• Develop and execute BD strategies within the DeFi ecosystem
• Collaborate with prePO's leadership and teams to align on strategic goals
