Summary

Join Rithum™ as the Global Website Manager and oversee the day-to-day management of our public website. You will be responsible for optimizing the website for organic search (SEO) and conversions, ensuring content accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong SEO and website management experience, proficiency in WordPress, and excellent communication skills. You will contribute to the company's demand generation goals and work with various tools and platforms. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and SEO
  • 2+ years of experience in managing content in Wordpress is a pre-requisite
  • A thorough working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and an SEO optimization platform such as SEM Rush
  • Detail-oriented in reviewing both visual and text content
  • Excellent written English language skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of contributing to digital marketing strategy and improving website performance, SEO rankings, and conversion rates
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming content requests using the company’s ticketing system, self-assigning tickets from the queue, and working to deliver updates efficiently
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders from Marketing, Product Marketing and beyond to ensure that website content is accurate and represents the company and its products correctly
  • Ensure content conforms to established standards (for text lengths, image dimensions, look and feel, tone of voice, etc.) and has gone through stringent search optimization processes
  • Assemble text and images into WordPress pages and posts, cleaning and tidying code as necessary, and ensuring nothing is missing (e.g. meta descriptions, OpenGraph images, etc.)
  • Maintain supporting assets for the website including images, animations, illustrations and videos
  • Stage, proof and refine pages following feedback from contributors, keeping all parties on-track and informed of feedback/publishing deadlines
  • Manage and meet deadlines for go-live with little supervision, announcing major site updates internally
  • Advise Marketing Operations of all new site content so that it can be tracked correctly through Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns
  • Keep a catalog of pages that require regular updates and prompt colleagues for updates to those pages on a predefined cadence
  • Proactively identify opportunities to bolster and diversify lead generation originating from the website using technologies such as Drift, online demos, etc
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search rankings and increase website traffic. Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and continuously optimize on-page and technical SEO
  • Develop effective CRO tactics that optimize user engagement and lead generation on the website using personalization and multi-variate testing
  • Monitor website performance through Google Analytics, Trendemon and other company dashboard platforms, proactively finding areas of high performance and opportunities for optimization and marketing ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance across digital channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Prior experience managing global website initiatives and working in multicultural environments
  • Experience of Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, Wistia, Trendemon, Google Tag Manager a plus
