Summary

Join Sourcepass, a leading IT consulting company, as a Workday Consultant for a project-based contract. You will enhance Workday automation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HR & Payroll policies. Key responsibilities include assessing existing configurations, designing and implementing automation improvements, streamlining workflows, providing training, and delivering comprehensive documentation. This role offers an hourly rate of $45-$65, depending on experience. The project is contract-based and involves delivering key outcomes such as assessment reports, project plans, configured Workday workflows, and training materials. Sourcepass is an E-Verify participant.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting an initial assessment of existing Workday configurations and workflows
  • Designing and implementing automation improvements for HR processes
  • Streamlining workflows for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration and other workflows as needed
  • Providing structured training and knowledge transfer to internal HR team members and Sourcepass management team
  • Delivering comprehensive documentation of changes and configurations for future reference
  • Deliver a detailed assessment report outlining current system functionality and areas for improvement
  • Deliver a project plan with milestones and timelines for implementing automation enhancements
  • Configure and test Workday automation workflows aligned with business needs in partnership with HR
  • Deliver training materials and sessions for the HR team to ensure successful adoption
  • Deliver a final project report summarizing completed tasks, impact analysis, and future recommendations
