Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday HR and Payroll modules
• Monitor system performance and data integrity
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Design, develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, create and manage data interfaces with external vendors
• Monitor integrations , troubleshoot errors, and perform data validation
