The salary ranges from $800 to $1600 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor. The hiring process involves application review, interviews with GoFasti and the client, and final onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in growing YouTube channels, with a strong portfolio of past successes
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and best practices for video content
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and content creation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the client's’ mission, showcasing startups, members, sponsors, and partners
• Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to produce high-quality video content, including interviews, case studies, success stories, event highlights, and educational series
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance discoverability and drive organic growth
• Foster a strong community by actively engaging with subscribers, responding to comments, and incorporating viewer feedback into content planning
• Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness
• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other YouTube channels to amplify reach and visibility
• Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to accelerate subscriber growth and increase channel visibility
• Stay updated on industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the channel remains competitive and innovative
