Requirements

  • Experience in b2b/ SaaS preferred
  • Experience building campaigns targeting strategic/ enterprise segments
  • 2-3 years of experience in ABM within the tech industry
  • Familiarity with the retailer and ecommerce space
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and campaign reporting

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel ABM campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, support A/B testing, and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to establishing KPIs to measure ABM campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders
  • Implement 1:many, 1:1, and 1:few ABM campaigns that drive engagement and support pipeline goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign strategies using industry best practices and data-driven insights
  • Leverage intent and 1st-party data to inform tactical campaign approaches
  • Work closely with field marketing to support integrated campaigns, including ABM, prospecting, and omnichannel initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as 6Sense, marketing automation platforms, and Salesforce
  • Document campaign requirements and project plans for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the creation of messaging, creative, content, and assets for digital campaign execution
  • Manage tactics like display advertising, social media, email, and direct mail to achieve campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations to manage email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy
  • Track campaign timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align account prioritization and campaign strategies with business goals
  • Report on campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations for future improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ABM platforms (e.g., Terminus, Demandbase, 6Sense, Sendoso) is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer-focused, advocating for outcome-driven messaging
  • Proactive learner, staying updated on digital marketing and ABM trends
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and ROI
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management skills
