Summary
Join Torch, a leadership coaching platform, as an experienced ABM Manager on a contract basis. You will play a key role in developing and executing our account-based marketing strategy, driving enterprise expansion. Working closely with the CMO and CRO, you will design and implement targeted campaigns for key accounts. This involves comprehensive strategy development, program execution, and collaboration with various teams and agencies. The role requires proven B2B ABM experience, specifically targeting enterprise buyers, and proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce. It's a remote position with quarterly travel for executive events. There's potential for transitioning to a full-time role.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B ABM strategy and execution
- Experience targeting enterprise buyers including: CHROs and L&D leaders, Functional leaders across departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience designing and managing executive-level event programs
- Demonstrated success coordinating with multiple agency partners
- Ability to travel quarterly for executive events across US and for Torch company retreats
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategy for target accounts
- Develop account selection methodology, tiering criteria, and key monitoring signals in partnership with sales
- Create channel strategy and tactical marketing approaches
- Integrate ABM initiatives with existing marketing programs
- Lead account research and insights gathering with SDR team
- Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Develop custom content strategy and execution
- Develop and optimize sales outreach sequences for different customer segments
- Develop and maintain sales pitch decks and talking points
- Plan and oversee virtual events and webinars
- Plan and oversee executive event strategy, including (Quarterly salon-style dinner series across US locations, Executive coach-led discussions, Vendor sourcing and management)
- Execute campaigns using our marketing technology stack
- Coordinate with existing agency partners for content, creative, and paid media
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, HR tech, or related B2B industries
- Experience with: Intent data platforms (e.g., Bombora), Sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft), LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads
