Summary

The Account Executive will help prospects understand the value of Equals and scale the business, primarily targeting Finance, Accounting, Operations teams, and startup Founders. The candidate should have a strong track record of exceeding quota, passion for understanding products, thrive with ambiguity, be hyper-organized, experienced in navigating security and compliance conversations, and an excellent communicator.

• Strong track record of exceeding quota
• Passion for understanding products and how they fit into solving customer problems
• Thrive with the ambiguity of early sales
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building a company from the ground up
• Hyper organized, able to balance many different prospects and customers at various stages of the funnel
• Experience navigating security and compliance conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
