Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in an activity-driven startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sales processes and experience in SaaS, B2B2C, and enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Dynamic, flexible, organized, and proactive, with a passion for professional growth
  • Track record of supporting cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments
  • Extensive network within major agencies and Fortune 500 companies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of FMG's product suite by meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet revenue objectives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, keeping up-to-date and detailed records in HubSpot
  • Maintain clear revenue reporting with transparent pipeline management and monthly forecasts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept scenarios to enhance customer confidence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Curation, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
