Requirements

  • B2B SaaS experts with experience selling SaaS in the $20-$60k ARR range
  • Understand every detail of a customer’s workflows and capital markets operations

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage sales pipeline and drive quota attainment
  • Source and close fintech prospects that want to automate Capital Markets operations
  • Prepare written, verbal, and visual sales collateral to support sales deals
  • Help extend Finley's existing Sales playbook to ensure smooth headcount growth and a repeatable sales process
  • Work collaboratively with the Product and Engineering teams to inform a product roadmap that fits the needs of companies in finance, real estate, and other core business segments
  • Help grow the Finley Sales team by helping interview job candidates, mentor new team members, and document standard operating procedures

  • Collaborative with Engineering, Design, and Product functions in addition to go-to-market teams
  • Stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table
  • Enjoy the complexity of selling to a range of stakeholders (think borrowers, lenders, and banks)
  • Look forward to helping recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals at Finley
