Requirements
- 2+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales
- Confident with excellent communication skills. You are comfortable with speaking to customers and colleagues in person, via video, or over the phone
- Empathetic with an ability to understand customers' goals, perspectives, needs, and challenges
- Proactive in your work and take initiative with opportunities to add value
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to exceed targets
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Manage all sales stages including prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification, product demonstrations, thoughtful follow up, negotiation, and closing
- Communicate with potential customers via all available channels including cold calling, email, video, LinkedIn, etc
- Conduct meetings to better understand customer needs and clearly articulate our solutions that address them
- Share and contribute to best practices and techniques in relation to industry trends
- Set priorities, plan, and manage multiple tasks while being comfortable shifting when necessary
- Identify, recommend, and lead the execution of growth opportunities across markets
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM with the ability to communicate its health clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing is a plus
Benefits
- Canada: $70,000 CAD base, $50,000 CAD variable pay, for an on-target-earning potential of $120,000 CAD
- US: final base salary will be dependent on location and experience
- Work fully remote in Canada or the US: where youβre most productive whether that be from your house, or elsewhere. We just ask that you have legal work authorization in the country you reside in. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire within Quebec, Canada at this time
