Summary
Join Hone, a leading enterprise people skills training platform, as an experienced Account Executive. Based remotely anywhere in the US (West Coast preferred), you will focus on selling Hone's technology solutions to companies seeking to modernize their workforce training. This role offers a high volume of SQLs (nearly 100 per quarter), requiring a proven track record of exceeding quotas and utilizing modern sales methodologies. You will consult with L&D, Talent, and HR professionals, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a dynamic sales pipeline. Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in consulting or selling SaaS (Persona of HR/Talent preferred)
- Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievements within a solutions software vendor or other comparable services business
- Strong focus on acquiring new business while building strong, long-term relationships
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
- An abundance of enthusiasm, proactive nature, analytical, and self-starter
- Must have intrinsic characteristics; resilience, coachability, competitiveness, growth minded, and grit
Responsibilities
- Consult with L&D, Talent and HR professionals and other decision-makers to identify their needs, and take them through the full sales lifecycle and close
- Foster well-rounded, long-term customer relationships to maintain continual return and new features-based revenues
- Provide and/or coordinate appropriate resources such as online demonstrations and proposals, when needed, to educate clients and advance sales cycles
- Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline of leads
- Consistently convert leads and client interest into sales
- Enthusiastically contribute to a dynamic sales pipeline
- Collaborate with broader team on customer feedback and product roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR-related or training software solutions and services preferred
- Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
- Start-up experience preferred
