Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B full-cycle and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Knowledge of selling Fund Administration services, FinTech products, SaaS products, or other relevant solutions will be considered
  • Eagerness to deeply understand our market and potential clients’ needs
  • Track record of demonstrating integrity, ethics, and adherence to company values
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbal form to various audiences and have comfort with presenting
  • Ability to focus on outcomes of the commercial and customer goals
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
  • Ability to communicate to lead and manage many projects, with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with prospective Private Equity Real Estate & Real Assets firms to sell fund administration and software products
  • Land new clients and develop an on-going account strategy for expansions of an existing client book of business to drive revenue
  • Work with the Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solution Engineering teams to originate, manage and close new business
  • Provide existing and prospective customers a best-in-class buying experience while focusing on their needs
  • Build consensus, executive alignment, and influence across relevant levels and departments to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Identify key focus areas for an engagement, discover how the existing or prospective clients works in a current state, align on a desired future state of their business, craft a compelling sales strategy for the engagement, demonstrate how Juniper Square’s solutions can add value, and then quantify the amount of value Juniper Square can create
  • Build and own relationships with the other important stakeholders that work with our clients - CPA firms, banks, law firms, and more
  • Refine and optimize the go-to-market process as we learn more about product/market fit based on the clients we serve and prospective clients with whom we speak
  • Work closely with the rest of our team to continually level up our skills, strategies, knowledge, and more
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model
  • Attend in person and virtual industry events to represent Juniper Square

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to or working within CRE ecosystem is a value-add but not required and will be trained on the job
