Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
- Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that represents the NeuraFlash brand positively
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, putting you in the top 10% of your current company
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
- B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Work with AWS sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space
- Find new business opportunities to expand the company's growth
- Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce
- Exceed sales quotas to help the company meet its sales and high-growth targets
- Act as a problem solver for clients, demonstrating how NeuraFlash can resolve their issues
