Account Executive

Summary

Join Pismo, a leading techfin company, as an Account Executive and play a key role in expanding our global presence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, selling our cutting-edge payment processing platform. This role requires experience in the financial industry, particularly with payment cards, and advanced English proficiency. Based in São Paulo, you will develop sales strategies, lead negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Experience working in financial industry like bank and fintech, especially with payments cards
• Advanced English (C1)
• Should be able to work collaboratively across various teams
• Must reside in São Paulo or nearby areas due to occasional client visits

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the commercial relationship with both existing customers and prospects and sell our cloud-based platform to a diverse set of accounts
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory and drive customer satisfaction together with revenue growth
• Guard our core values of total trust, minimum friction experience, state of the art technology and challenge the status quo
• Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing customers and prospects
• Articulate Pismo's platform differentiators through presentations to key stakeholders (including C-level), create winning proposals and lead deal negotiations
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in customers/prospects, understanding expected business outcomes and ensuring their long-term success

Preferred Qualifications

• Desirable previous experience as hunter
• Spanish will be a plus
