You will be responsible for generating new business by securing subscription agreements and collaborating with the Account Management team for successful customer onboarding. Requirements
- Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results
- Native-level proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
- Manage a 360-degree sales cycle (target as defined in the compensation letter)
- Work closely with the SDR of the respective market to build as much pipeline as possible and close as many opportunities as possible
- Achieve the target by signing new logos
- Create pipeline, keeping a clean CRM inserting all deals into the CRM so forecasting can be done by the mgmt team
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure a successful closing, onboarding, and handover to the AM
- Collaborate closely with the market-specific AM, SDR, the supplier sales team, the quality, operations as well as the marketing team to ensure that the customer is happy with our service
- Acquire an expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes
