Summary

Join ScienceLogic as an Account Executive in the UK and lead the market development and expansion strategy for innovative ITOM/Automation solutions. You will take ownership of the Banking Financial Services & Insurers (BFSI), Media & Tech territories, driving new logo sales and exceeding sales targets. This role requires 10+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate with various teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive innovation using GenAI tools. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, stock options, and opportunities for professional growth. It's a remote/hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales with a history of achieving/exceeding quotas
  • A strong background in developing new territories or markets, ideally with a focus on, ITOM, ITSM, Observability or digital infrastructure mabagement
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at C-level
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed plans effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), digital prospecting, and hybrid IT concepts

Responsibilities

  • Territory Leadership: Take full command of the Banking Financial Services & Insurers (BFSI), Media & Tech territories, driving new logo sales
  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Develop the territory prospecting strategy and goals based on target accounts. Be personally active in developing sales campaigns and lead the BDR teams to research and identify opportunities
  • Sales Execution: Develop pipeline through sales stages, lead client engagements, and close deals to exceed sales targets
  • Customer Advocacy: Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers, positioning solutions that deliver outcomes that meet or exceed their business challenges
  • Innovation Driver: Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to innovate, maximizing the value of GenAI tools
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, partners, sales engineering, marketing, business development, and technical teams to align on customer needs and sales strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling ITOM, ITSM, Enterprise Management or AIOps solutions
  • Technical understanding of SaaS architectures or hybrid cloud environments
