Requirements
- Proven success in EdTech sales or similar, with knowledge of school district operations and decision-making
- Execute tasks and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Focus on delivering value to clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to changing market conditions with agility and creativity
- History of exceeding sales quotas and achieving measurable success in a competitive environment
- Build and maintain relationships through clear, engaging communication
- Engage, inspire, and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with a methodical approach
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, staying motivated through challenges
Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Securlyβs product suite through comprehensive training and self-guided learning
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders to understand key business opportunities
- Launch a business development plan targeting K-12 school districts with enrollments up to 20K, leveraging leads from SDRs and marketing while driving proactive prospecting
- Close your first deals to establish early momentum
- Aggressively grow your territory, achieving at least 50% of your annual revenue target by securing new business
- Forge relationships with school districts, channel partners, and service organizations to strengthen your market presence
- Exceed your annual revenue goal by employing strategic, tailored sales approaches that align with client needs
- Lead multiple product evaluations and proof-of-concept trials, ensuring high conversion rates and lasting client satisfaction
