Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 4 to 6 years of Relevant Experience
  • Be an assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional who is a strong listener with a positive attitude and a limitless amount of energy
  • Possess an aptitude for quickly grasping selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Have a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high volume, high energy, fast-paced, sales-driven call center environment
  • Possess computer knowledge with good communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Possess strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success
  • Have a continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholder, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage incoming leads from D&B’s Chat feature on the company website, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to client engagement
  • Conduct a needs-based assessment and transition to the customer’s needs to the best product and solutions
  • Provide customized solutions based on the unique requirements of the prospect, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives
  • Grow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting. Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives
  • Observe and adhere to all compliance policies, trainings, and procedures while interacting and selling to customers. (Product training, coaching, timecard, and self-assessment, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in selling an intangible product and/or inside sales experience
