Summary

Join SEON, a leading fraud prevention company, as a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Latin American market. This hybrid role, based in our Austin office, requires fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security or compliance. Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS (New Business), preferably in the Security, Fraud, Risk, or AML compliance space Target ICPs include financial services, fintechs, payments, online lending, retail/ecommerce, igaming
  • Track record of consistently overachieving quota, with average deal sizes ranging from $30k-200k in ARR
  • Territory planning and account mapping experience and a track record of consistently uncovering self-sourcing opportunities and building pipeline through outbound channels and events
  • Experience collaborating closely with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business pipeline, including mentoring/coaching on effective messaging and targeted outreach strategies
  • Experience leading and project managing RFPs, including collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to gather accurate information, craft comprehensive responses, meet strict deadlines, and prepare compelling presentations
  • Redline negotiations experience and the ability to discern between business and legal terms, act as the primary point of contact and mediator between internal and external legal and business stakeholders, and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Previous value-selling, building ROI-driven business cases, leveraging Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, and multi-threading to effectively navigate complex sales cycles
  • Superior writing skills: Leverages clear, concise, and grammatically correct language to communicate effectively (both internally and externally)
  • Strong presentation builder: Leverages Google Slides to create visually engaging and professional presentations with strong attention to detail, effectively conveying key value propositions and customizing content to resonate with target audiences
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively as well as engage/inspire multi-stakeholder audiences
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Resourceful, scrappy, and able to thrive in a startup environment where there isnโ€™t always a predefined process or structure
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to a positive work culture

Responsibilities

  • Have a data-driven approach to territory management and customer engagement
  • Own the full cycle sales process - from outbound prospecting all the way through negotiation, closing of contracts and activation of solution
  • Leverage BANT and MEDDICC sales strategies to improve win rates and drive customer decision-making
  • Create, schedule and lead discovery and demo meetings to illustrate the value of our solutions
  • Evaluate the prospective customer needs and tailor SEON solutions to help them achieve their business goals
  • Effectively use CRM and prospecting tools to report on and track progress
  • Work closely with our marketing and other cross functional teams to cultivate demand
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Become a Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering expert and champion to the market
  • Drive customer growth, by continuing to build relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver great customer value
  • Agrees to joint accountability with colleagues and cross-functional teams for optimal customer success
  • Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales tools in order to manage the Sales and Buyer cycle
