Account Executive

Summary

Join Sleek as an Account Executive and build relationships with new and existing clients. Focus on converting inbound and self-sourced leads, seeking new revenue opportunities, and adapting sales strategies. Drive revenue growth by exceeding KPIs and nurturing prospect relationships. Improve lead acquisition channels and identify product development opportunities. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience and proven sales success in a B2B environment. Additional experience may lead to consideration for a Senior Account Executive position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling products or services (B to B preferred)
• Sales & Marketing experience
• Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
• Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones
• Focus on the conversion of inbound and self-sourced leads
• Constantly look for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships
• Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs
• Drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
• Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
• Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams
• Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hubspot experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Always looking for ways and opportunities to improve the client experience
• Experience or/and background in Accounting
