Summary

Thirdera is seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Italy team to build and grow sales, with a focus on generating new business leads and expanding current revenue. The role requires more than 5 years' experience in solution-based software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years’ experience in solution-based software sales (both Services and Subscriptions), with a demonstratable track record of consistently over-achievement against assigned quota
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Discipline in updating the CRM solution and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue
  • The ability to manage pipeline within quarterly targets
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships
  • Ability and experience working with the C-Suite
  • Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Responsibilities

Build and grow sales in their region, working closely with the Regional Sales Director to find new clients and expand current revenue

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow or a ServiceNow Partner
  • ITIL or Any ServiceNow Certifications a plus
