Summary
Join Thirdera's Italy team as an Account Executive, responsible for building and growing sales in their region, creating and delivering on a Sales Plan to meet company goals.
Requirements
- More than 5 years' experience in solution-based software sales (both Services and Subscriptions)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset
- Discipline in updating the CRM solution and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue
- Ability to manage pipeline within quarterly targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships
- Ability and experience working with the C-Suite
- Possess a good level of English (level C1)
Responsibilities
- Build and grow sales in their region
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to find new clients and expand current revenue
- Create, manage, and deliver on a specific Sales Plan to help meet overall company goals
