Requirements

  • More than 5 years' experience in solution-based software sales (both Services and Subscriptions)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset
  • Discipline in updating the CRM solution and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue
  • Ability to manage pipeline within quarterly targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships
  • Ability and experience working with the C-Suite
  • Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow sales in their region
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to find new clients and expand current revenue
  • Create, manage, and deliver on a specific Sales Plan to help meet overall company goals
