Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience
  • Proven ability to prospect and sell
  • Proven ability to develop executive relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly and exceed expectations
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create structure, get things moving and deliver
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • An ownership mindset and β€œno job is too small” mentality
  • Experience with detail-oriented tasks and processes in an office setting
  • Experience with CRM products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: identify potential customers through various channels like cold calling, emailing, social media and networking
  • Build relationships with prospects/clients-understanding needs and goals
  • Identify new sales opportunities, develop and present sales proposals, demo the software, negotiate contracts and close deals, and meet sales targets and quotas
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, professional services etc), provide feedback to the company on trends and customer preferences
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports, analyze prospect data and build a solid pipeline
