Join Workyard, a high-growth startup revolutionizing construction workforce management, as an Account Executive. This fully remote US-based role focuses on prospecting and closing new business within assigned territories (Midwest, Mountain, and Southeast). You will manage your sales pipeline, conduct outbound prospecting, and close deals for our B2B SaaS platform. A consultative sales approach is key to understanding client needs and showcasing Workyard's value. This high-velocity role offers unlimited growth opportunities and uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate possesses significant SaaS sales experience and a proven track record in outbound sales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally to SMB or Mid-Market customers
- Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
- Ability to develop solid interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with multiple levels within client organizations, ranging from small to large organizations
- Strong, consistent work ethic
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Collaborative and team oriented
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Own monthly sales targets within assigned territories
- Manage and optimize your business pipeline through focused prospecting
- With solid inbound pipelines, spend majority of the time in sales calls to prospects to set up demos, establish relationships, and close deals for our B2B SaaS platform
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand a prospectβs needs and pain points and effectively communicate how Workyard will meet those needs
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and requirements
