Summary
Join Workyard, a high-growth startup, as an Account Executive to prospect and close new business in the construction industry. This fully remote role, ideally with proximity to the Midwest, Mountain, or Southeast US, offers a high-velocity, full-cycle closing experience. You will manage sales targets, optimize your pipeline through focused prospecting, and use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs. This position provides unlimited growth opportunities and uncapped commissions. The role requires 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally to SMB or Mid-Market customers, and a proven track record in outbound sales. You will need strong interpersonal skills, a consistent work ethic, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally to SMB or Mid-Market customers
- Outstanding track record in outbound sales and/or sales development
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
- Ability to develop solid interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with multiple levels within client organizations, ranging from small to large organizations
- Strong, consistent work ethic
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Collaborative and team oriented
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Own monthly sales targets within assigned territories
- Manage and optimize your business pipeline through focused prospecting
- With solid inbound pipelines, spend majority of the time in sales calls to prospects to set up demos, establish relationships, and close deals for our B2B SaaS platform
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand a prospectβs needs and pain points and effectively communicate how Workyard will meet those needs
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and requirements
