Summary
Join Wrike's EMEA New Business team as an Account Executive and contribute to acquiring new logos in the SMB/Mid Market sector. Based in Dublin or Prague, this hybrid role offers flexibility, including remote work options within Ireland or the Czech Republic. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage prospects through targeted outreach, conduct discovery calls, and implement a solutions-based selling approach. Success requires meeting revenue targets and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of sales experience (SaaS preferred), strong communication skills, and German proficiency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years successful experience in a sales role (SaaS Preferred)
- The ability to uncover business issues quickly

- German language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
- Proactively engaging with Prospect accounts through targeted outreach campaigns rather than relying solely on inbound requests
- Conducting consultative discovery calls to deeply understand customer pain points, business objectives, and growth opportunities
- Implementing a solutions-based selling approach that clearly articulates Wrike's ROI and aligns our solutions with customer needs
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that showcase how Wrike solves specific customer challenges
- Utilizing sales intelligence tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase) to identify key stakeholders and manage your pipeline
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and 100% satisfaction
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Value Selling
- Prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or work management solutions
- Track record of success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
- Familiarity with the SaaS buying process and procurement cycles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels within an organization
