Summary

Join Wrike's EMEA New Business team as an Account Executive and help acquire new SMB/Mid Market clients, achieving revenue goals. Based in Dublin or Prague, this hybrid role offers flexibility, including remote work options within Ireland or Czech Republic. You will manage the full sales cycle, proactively engage prospects, conduct discovery calls, and implement a solutions-based selling approach. The role requires utilizing sales intelligence tools and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Success requires meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years successful experience in a sales role (SaaS Preferred)
  • The ability to uncover business issues quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • German language proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
  • Proactively engaging with Prospect accounts through targeted outreach campaigns rather than relying solely on inbound requests
  • Conducting consultative discovery calls to deeply understand customer pain points, business objectives, and growth opportunities
  • Implementing a solutions-based selling approach that clearly articulates Wrike's ROI and aligns our solutions with customer needs
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that showcase how Wrike solves specific customer challenges
  • Utilizing sales intelligence tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase) to identify key stakeholders and manage your pipeline
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and 100% satisfaction
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Value Selling
  • Prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or work management solutions
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Familiarity with the SaaS buying process and procurement cycles
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels within an organization
