Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in sales in the financial services or software industry
  • Experience with the collections process and familiarity with collection products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct product overviews and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the Experian Collection Suite
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Provide regular sales reporting and forecasting to management
