Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning, Customer Service)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite, Doubleclick, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Salesforce, JIRA
  • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech, programmatic advertising, and industry trends
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain a solutions-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and open to feedback with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute advertising campaigns on GumGum's platform within SLA
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences and cultivate agency relationships
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Provide IOs, campaign screenshots, and relevant reporting
  • Maintain systems (Salesforce, Jira) and deliver End of Campaign Reports aligned with KPIs
  • Assist with billing and offer feedback to enhance client service
  • Partner with Sales to support new business development
  • Collaborate with Sales on media plans, campaign strategies, and upweight opportunities
